CHARDHAM YATRA

A divine pilgrimage through the majestic Himalayas, the Char Dham Yatra covers four sacred shrines — Yamunotri Temple, Gangotri Temple, Kedarnath Temple, and Badrinath Temple. ‘Char’ means four and ‘Dham’ signifies sacred abode. Together, they represent the most revered pilgrimage circuit in India. These high-altitude shrines remain open for about six months each year, typically from April/May to October/November, depending on weather conditions. As per tradition, the Yatra is undertaken in a clockwise direction — beginning at Yamunotri, followed by Gangotri, Kedarnath, and concluding at Badrinath. The journey can be completed by road or partially by helicopter services (available for Kedarnath). Some devotees also opt for Do Dham Yatra (Kedarnath & Badrinath). This spiritually uplifting yet adventurous journey promises divine blessings, breathtaking Himalayan views, and soulful fulfillment.

Arrival at Delhi Airport/Railway Station and drive to Haridwar, the sacred gateway to the Char Dham.
Check-in at hotel. Overnight stay.

Drive to Barkot via the beautiful hill station Mussoorie.
Arrival & hotel check-in. Overnight stay.

Drive to Janki Chatti and begin trek to Yamunotri. Options available: Pony / Doli.
Take a holy dip at Jamnabai Kund and offer prayers at Yamunotri Temple.
Witness evening Aarti at Divya Shila.
Return to Barkot. Overnight stay.

Drive to Uttarkashi.
Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Overnight stay.

Drive to Gangotri (3048 meters altitude).
Offer prayers at Gangotri Temple and explore nearby attractions.
Return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay.

Scenic drive to Guptkashi.
Hotel check-in & overnight stay.

Drive to Sonprayag/Phata Helipad.
Begin 14 km trek to Kedarnath (Pony/Doli optional).
Visit Kedarnath Temple (One of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva).
Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Morning Darshan at Kedarnath Temple & Bhairav Baba Mandir.
Trek back to Sonprayag & drive to Guptkashi.
Overnight stay.

Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath.
Visit Narsingh Temple en route.
Check-in & overnight stay.

Early morning holy bath at Tapt Kund.
Visit Badrivishal Temple, Brahma Kapal (Pind Daan), Mana Village, Vyas Cave & Bhimkund.
Drive to Rudraprayag. Overnight stay.

Drive to Rishikesh.
Enroute visit Dhari Devi Temple & Devprayag.
Overnight stay.

After breakfast, transfer to Delhi Airport for departure with divine memories.
